These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Braagi platform at braagi.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Braagi is owned and operated by Tushar Mishra, a sole proprietor registered under Udyam (MSME) in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
1. Overview of the Service
Braagi is an AI-powered voice interview preparation platform. Users can upload their resume, paste a job description, participate in AI voice mock interviews, and receive scored reports and feedback.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activities under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Credit Packs & Pricing
Braagi operates on a credits-based usage model. You purchase interview credit packs, and each credit entitles you to one AI voice interview session. The following packs are currently available:

All credit packs are one-time purchases — there are no recurring subscriptions. Credits never expire once purchased. Packs and pricing may change; existing purchased credits will remain valid regardless of pricing updates. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
5. Payments
Payments are processed via Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international). By purchasing a credit pack, you authorise the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the one-time amount.
Braagi does not store your card or bank details. All payment data is handled by the processor per PCI-DSS standards.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
- Share account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Abuse the AI interviewer with harmful or offensive input
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Braagi's IP
All platform code, design, branding, AI models, and content are the exclusive property of Braagi. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your data (resume, JDs, responses). You grant Braagi a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for delivering the Service.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Braagi is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee any job outcome, interview result, or employment. AI feedback is for practice purposes only and is not professional career advice.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, update features or pricing, or perform maintenance at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate access for violations without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
