This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all purchases made on the Braagi platform (braagi.com). Please read this carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases on Braagi are final and non-refundable. This applies to all credit pack purchases (Starter, Standard, and Pro packs) and any other paid features on the platform.
Since Braagi provides instant access to AI-powered interview sessions and digital services upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Interview credits are delivered immediately after successful payment and are available for use right away.
2. Credit Packs & Usage
Braagi uses a credit-pack model — there are no recurring subscriptions. Here is how it works:
- You purchase a credit pack (Starter, Standard, or Pro) as a one-time payment
- Each credit entitles you to one AI voice interview session
- Credits never expire — use them at your own pace
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused credits
3. Free Trial
Braagi offers a free trial interview to all new users so you can experience the platform before purchasing a credit pack. We encourage you to try it before making any purchase.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is strictly no-refund, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. In the following cases, you may reach out to us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis:
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error
- A payment was processed but credits were not delivered to your account
- A critical platform outage prevented you from using your credits for an extended period
Any decision to issue a refund in exceptional cases is at the sole discretion of Braagi.
5. Payment Processors
All transactions are processed by Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international). Refund processing times, if approved, depend on the payment processor and your bank, and may take 5–10 business days.
6. How to Raise a Dispute
If you believe a charge was made in error or have concerns about a transaction, please contact us:

- Include: Transaction ID, date of payment, and a description of the issue
We aim to respond to all disputes within 3 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
